Allanstand Cottage Industries was founded by Frances Goodrich in the 1890s and ownership was transferred to the Southern Mountain Handicraft Guild, now the Southern Highland Craft Guild, in 1931. The Allanstand shop is still run by the Guild today and an updated version of the cabin and mountains logo is still used on ites sold by the Southern Highland Craft Guild items today.
