Between 1929-1931, Goodrich offered to purchase back stock certificates from all stockholders at the rate of $30 per share. In 1931 ownership of the Allanstand Cottage Industries corporation was transferred to the Southern Mountain Handicraft Guild, which became the Southern Highland Handicraft Guild.
